Order Cancellation
Most items are custom made on the website hence once and order has been placed, it will be fulfilled. If this is a credit card fraud, please do notify us within 6 hours of the notifications sent to your email. If there is no communication from a customer, we assume it’s ok to go ahead and start order preparation. We do not refund custom made orders for change of mind. If you decide you want to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will be charged for the entire order. We do not accept returns.
Refund Policy
In case of order cancellation, your refund will proceed within 10-20 from submission of your cancellation once approved.
The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the product canceled but the customer bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy.
If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by customer.
Refunds will only be provided through bank, in the case of cash payment the customer will have to provide their bank details in order to receive the refund.
Return or exchange of the product
We do not exchange custom made products. Colourmill products or Cardstock products will only apply incase they have been found to be danaged upon delivery. A photographic evidence of this will be requested.
We ask that you choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We do not have a refund or an exchange policy as all our work is made to order. Incase of any issue with your order or that its incorrect, please send us an email within 24hrs of receiving it.
Colourmill: Refunds can be issued for damaged or incorrect colors shipped out when claimed only within 24 hours of delivery. This will be based on valid photographic proof. Please note since this is an edible item, we are also not able to exchange colors once its been shipped out.
