    After an order has been finalized and paid for, crafting time on generic orders is 2-4 days.
    For custom orders it could take upto a week
    Shipping times 2-3 days (due to covid, we request for your understanding as the shipping companies are working hard for your shipment to arrive on time. Sometimes delays may occur.

    Colourmill: Refunds can be issued for damaged or incorrect colors shipped out when claimed only within 24 hours of delivery. This will be based on valid photographic proof.
