Order Cancellation Policy
Most items on our website are custom-made; therefore, once an order is placed, it will be processed and fulfilled. If you suspect credit card fraud, please notify us within six (6) hours of receiving the order confirmation email. We will proceed with order preparation if no communication is received within this timeframe.
Custom-made orders are non-refundable in cases of a change of mind. If an order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, the entire order amount will still be charged. We do not accept returns.
Refund Policy
If an order cancellation is approved, the refund process will be initiated within ten (10) working days from the submission date. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your payment method and the issuing bank. While we refund the full amount of the cancelled product, any transaction fees imposed by the customer’s bank will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will only be issued through bank transfers. Customers must provide their bank details for cash payments to receive the refund. Please note that cash handling charges are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or returns on custom-made products, as they are specifically created based on customer requests.
For Colour Mill or Cardstock products, exchanges or returns will only be applicable if the item is found to be damaged upon delivery. In such cases, photographic evidence will be required for verification.
