How do I know what size cake topper I need to order?
Whether it’s a mini cake or a larger cake, the width of the tier of your cake and the height is all is required to place an order. This helps us to do an artwork suited best to your cake.
What payment options do you offer?
1. Apple pay at check out via your apple device
2. Credit Card.
All Card payments are processed at the time of checkout as we do not manually retain or enter your credit card details. We accept both Visa and MasterCard and use the secure gateway to process all payments.
All payments are processed in UAE Dirham.
3. Bank Account transfer/Atm deposit in an ATM in the UAE:
A payment referance number or a slip will be required for such a payment. This is proof to us that the payment has been made.

My goods were damaged in shipping. What do we do now?
Sometimes items get damaged in transit. Every product that leaves the studio is photographed as evidence and sent out to our clients. If your item was damaged, please sent us a photograph of the outside of the package before and unused within 24 hours of receiving it and email us on info@madebyconfetti.com
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do you make toppers in other languages as well?
Yes! We do! Let us know what is that you want to be written on the topper and we will get it done for you!
Do you ship internationally as well?
Yes! We do! Shipping charges are based on weight and location. The charges may vary accordingly.

Are Colour Mill products approved by Dubai Municipality? Do you carry a certification for your company?
Yes, we do have approval from the Dubai municipality. Please send us an email here ( that email should lead to info@madebyconfetti.com)
What Materials used to create orders?
Acrylic, wood, veener, premium cardstock most of our materials are sourced from overseas.

What’s the time frame taken to complete orders?
After an order has been finalized and paid for, crafting time on generic orders is 2-4 days.
Custom orders could take up to 5 working days. Shipping times of 1-2 days are ideal; we request your understanding as the shipping companies are working hard for your shipment to arrive on time. Sometimes, delays may occur due to congestion periods due to holidays in the UAE, which is beyond our control.
Do you work on urgent orders?
We say yes as often as possible, but urgency depends on the request! Please email us at info@madebyconfetti.com, and let’s make it happen.
What is your Refund Policy?
We ask that you choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We do not have a refund or an exchange policy as all our work is made to order. Incase of any issue with your order or that its incorrect, please send us an email within 24hrs of receiving it.
Colourmill and NY Cakes Products: Refunds can be issued for damaged or incorrect colors shipped out when claimed only within 24 hours of delivery. This will be based on valid photographic proof. Please note since this is an edible item, we are also not able to exchange colors once its been shipped out.
After sales - Can you get alteration/fixing services by us?
Made By Confetti products may go through normal wear and tear due to use.
Incase your delicate product does break upon use, fixing or alterations may be limited and if possible will be done with a small service fee.
Can you provide shipping & backtracking information of the orders placed in the past?
Yes, we provide with shipping & backtracking information of the orders placed in the past from upto a month.
